Thank you, Amazon

One of the good things about being here is our proximity to the UK and Germany.  That means stuff we buy from Amazon arrives on our doorstep within the week.  And shipping is usually free.

So we had CDs, Blu-rays, milk-pumps and bottle sterilisers arriving almost weekly in January.  And some other cool stuff like these below:

We have been Dyson fans for many years.  This is our third, and by far, coolest vacuum cleaner.  If you've gotta suck dirt, might as well have some fun whilst doing it.

Kev's new toy, the Sony NEX-3.  Most of Lucas' pics were taken with this camera.

My MacBook Pro *love* *love*.  Thank you amazon.de.  We are officially Apple fans now.

The keyboard is QWERTZ instead of QWERTY.  It has some extra German letters.  I have to rely on memory to find symbols like @, *, ', etc.   It's still fabulous, nonetheless.

My 3am supper companions.

These are not from Amazon.  They are EUR15 Crocs from the factory outlet at Batavia Stad (www.batavia.nl) - certainly worth a mention.

Full moon

We celebrated Lucas' one month and Kev's birthday in early February.

He pretty much frowned and slept through the whole thing, so Kevin did all the candle blowing and cake cutting.

The little prince and his loyal slaves subjects.

He finally woke up for what mattered - milkkk!!

Mr. Happy

More shots of Mr. Happy doing what he does best: sleeping.

Posing with the Den Haag mascot

Watched over by his cat nannies

Snoozing in his stroller, although he's not going anywhere

In his over-sized cardigan

He does entertain us sometimes, when he is awake.

Making daddy work in his unco-ordinated PJs.
He may not be able to speak, but he sure knows how to choose his pacifiers.
